What Can I Do If I Can't Detect Any Wireless Signal?

Please check the following.
  • Did you attach antenna to base of camera?
  • Did you install the MPCam Properly?
  • Ensure all your connections are secure.
  • Your Firewall or Anti-Virus software may block the program from detecting the wireless device.
  • Check your security setting on your firewall and/or Anti-Virus devices and ensure you allow the camera access.
  • Restart your computer.
  • Ensure you have set your MPCam Wireless Configuration correctly. Is it set to Wifi? If you don't know how to configure the software, please refer to the quick user guide or download the complete user manual from our website.
